Somehow I get a very uneasy feeling about the Mills, et al, firings. I watched the Sunday morning presser and got the impression the only one there that seemed happy with the situation was DeFrancesco. Jeff Luhnow, normally smiling and upbeat, looked very tense as did both of the new coaches. If I had to pin a tail on the donkey, I'd say this "we" decision was Jim Crane's baby. I may be dead wrong, but I have the feeling this may have been a case of "owner interference" in the Luhnow scheme of things. I get the feeling this was more of a "fan fix" than a well thought out baseball decision. I hope this was not the case...
