The Astros' decision to release Livan Hernandez and to open the season with Lucas Harrell and Kyle Weiland in the rotation is further evidence that the new regime "gets it". Filling a rotation spot with an aging , no future starter made no sense for a franchise that is 3 years from being competitive. After Harrell's start last night, we can only hope that more of the same is coming from Weiland. It's a start!
