SI.com has a new power ranking "powered by Fangraphs." The new rankings are based purely on underlying stats. The Astros are under performing their actual W/L record with a WAR win percent of .525. I fear that this may be the last time we can talk about the Astros at No. 13, so it's worth a front page post.
