Astros make 5 more spring cuts

Brian Bixler and Angel Sanchez were the leading names in the five most recent spring cuts. Many at TCB thought Bixler's versatility would allow him to make the ML team after a hot hitting spring. Sanchez will be the regular AAA shortstop and Bixler will fill in at shortstop and CF in Oklahoma City. Reliever Del Roario was optioned, and Scott Moore reassigned, to AAA, and Joe Thurston was released.
