Both Brian McTaggart and Zachary Levine have said that both have been traded, but the Astros are not revealing where just yet. It appears per Levine's tweet that the team is still waiting finalization and according to McTaggart:

Barring injury it appears Jason Castro and Chris Snyder will be in Houston April 6 for the opening day festivities. The reserve outfielders role is less certain and probably opens up a spot for a right handed bat. Or do you think the Astros would carry two left handed reserve outfielders into the season?
