Like many of you I am not sold on Appel. You must have the production to go along with the stuff in my eyes. Gioloto is hurt, and Buxton, while possibly great is not unlike our Springer (although I am in favor of BPA regardless of need).

Enter Kyle Zimmer. He has come to save us from a mediocre 1-1 pick, to what sounds like atleast a solid one. All we can hope for is that he keeps it up and stays healthy. But its good to see that there's a guy who's making a clear cut case to be a new hope for the new Astros.
