Today we mourn the loss of JD, and this one cuts to the core. It's painful enough to lose the best color man in the business, but to the Cubbies none the less?! It;s too much for one man to bear. So to distract the Astro faithful I propose you a trade possibility.

Now Ive read that the Astros have toyed with the idea of a three-way with KC and Arizona. If that's true, I've got a little proposal for a blockbuster. Naturally, it'as unlikely but it's fun to play with. Here's my little concoction.

HOU sends Bud Norris, and Jimmy Paredes to KC, and Jed Lowrie to AZ

AZ sends Justin Upton to the HOU, and Jason Kubel to KC

KC sends Jake Odorizzi, Christian Colon and Jeff Francoeur to AZ, and Yordano Ventura, and Jason Adam to HOU

So lets break it down..

Hou gets: Justin Upton, Jason Adam and Yordano Ventura.

KC gets: Jason Kubel, Bud Norris and Jimmy Paredes

AZ gets: Jed Lowrie, Jeff Francoeur, Christian Colon, and Jake Odorizzi.

Once again i'm aware it's highly unlikely, but I like the idea quite a bit. What do y'all think?
