What about Trumbo? Hamilton just signed with the Angels, and they were already having trouble getting at bats for Trumbo. He's a terrible fielder, so an ideal fit for our DH. He swings a mean bat, and could be a key addition to the growing core of the Astros. I've been a fan of his, and I think he would be a great fit. So then the question becomes, who would the Astros have to/be willing to give up? Would you be willing to give up a mid to high pitching prospect, say Tropeano? I like him a lot, but he's far from a lock to ever make the bigs. Trumbo looks like a lock for near 30 bombs a year. Thoughts?
