Hello fellow Astros fans!

If the Marlins were to open up trade talks for Giancarlo Stanton with whomever was interested, what would be the package that we could offer them that would attract them to our offer. What would we be willing to give up from our end, cause this one would hurt, big time.

Kyuss94 is the one who got me thinking of this with his post below: (hope you don't mind me quoting you, I thought it was a intriguing post)

The Astros have a deep enough farm system to offer just that, but I wouldn’t expect to be able to keep Springer, Singleton and Correa in the organization if a Stanton trade went down. Of those 3, if you had to move 1, who would it be? To me it’s easily Springer. I’d start with Springer and Tropeano or McCullers and see if that piques the Marlins interest. It’s certainly a lot to give up, but it’s also an elite power hitting RF who is cheap for a few more years and is nowhere close to his peak yet."

So Springer and Tropeano or McCullers for Stanton?

I think I am definitely willing to give up Springer, then add in Tropeano and/or McCullers, Mier or Villar and probably DDJ honestly might spark their interest. We have to be thinking Pence deal to even have a chance in my mind.
