World Series Are Cheap, Astros Down Giants

I've got a feeling things are going to turn around for us...

Did you know that Houston's longest winning streak was four games, from May 30 to June 2? Since 2000, there has only been one other season where the Astros longest winning streak of the season was four games. That was in 2008 and the Astros had two different four-game streaks that year.

If they beat the Giants tonight for one Jordan Lyles, they'll have also accomplished that feat against Madison Bumgarner. Maybe Brad Mills will decide not to "rest" Jose Altuve on this Social Media Day where he's the honored guest.

Oh, Brian Bogusevic also hit another home run and looks to be locking up more playing time in right field. He also gunned another player out at home plate. I have no problem with that, though I don't know that Bogey can be anything more than a stopgap in right. How do you feel about a J.D./Schafer/Bogey outfield? Have you seen enough of Bourgeois in an every day role to think he's better off on the bench?

More importantly, do you think Houston can actually win four games in a row again?
