If this is true then Wade needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY!!!
Pence is great, I love him, but this trade would have been a great fair trade for him! A rotation of Lyles, Cosart, and Norris would have been a great future and I believe even though Singleton struggled when PHI tried to move him to LF that he could easily play LF in Minute Maid's tiny LF (heck he'd has to be an upgrade over Lee) and the dude cant flat out hit! We probably would have got a least one more prospect back in this deal as well (Jesse Biddle?)
If this trade is still on the table before the trade deadline and we dont get blown away with a crazy/better offer Wade better make it happen!
