Fan Vote: Astros' top pitching prospect

This is our final top prospect vote. I'm not separating things between starting and relief pitchers because 1) I don't find relief pitching prospects to be very interesting to follow, 2) from what I can tell the Astros do not have any outstanding RP prospects, and 3) I think that this series has run its course. Without further ado, here are 10 pitching prospects to consider:

Dallas Keuchel (23) - Mr. Consistency has 115.1 IP, 70/25 K/BB,1.13 WHIP, 3.04 ERA at AA Corpus Christi. He has had success each year since being a 2009 7th round pick.

Xavier Cedeno (24) - Cedeno has enjoyed a career renaissance this year at AA Corpus: 108.2 IP, 109/42 K/BB (1 strikeout per inning over the course of the season), 1.29 WHIP, 3.81 ERA. He was rewarded yesterday with a promotion to AAA OKC.

Jake Buchanan (21) - 120.2 IP, 81/29 K/BB, 1.23 WHIP, 3.65 ERA with half of his games at hitter's paradise Lancaster. He was an 8th round pick in the 2010 draft.

Mike Foltynewicz (19) - 100.2 IP, 63/44 K/BB, 1.48 WHIP, 4.29 ERA in Lexington this year. 1st round pick from 2010. Originally from Illinois, so he is considered a "cold weather pitcher" who may need extra time for development.

Tanner Bushue (20) - he's rehabbing from an injury after posting 54.1 IP, 35/14 K/BB, 1.23 WHIP, 3.48 ERA at Lexington. He was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2009 draft.

Jonas Dufek (23) - whenever I hear about a pitcher adding a pitch, I take notice. Dufek added a 2-seamer and has been especially impressive in the starts since then at Tri-City. Overall numbers for this 2011 9th round pick are 30.2 IP, 17/8 K/BB, 1.14 WHIP, 2.35 ERA.

Kyle Hallock (22) - this 2011 10th round pick LHP has been one of the top pitchers in the NY-Penn League: 29 IP, 29/5 K/BB, 0.79 WHIP, 1.86 ERA.

Christopher Lee (18) - the Astros' 4th round pick in the 2011 draft, this lefty's performance at Greeneville has been erratic so far: 16.2 IP, 14/15 K/BB, 1.80 WHIP, 4.86 ERA.

Vincent Velasquez (19) - this 2010 2nd round pick impressed for a short time last season (29.1 IP, 25/5 K/BB, 3.07 ERA) before going out with an injury and surgery. The talent was there, though full recovery from major surgery is never a given.

Adrian Houser (18) - 2011 2nd round draft pick. Houser has had some good and some bad outings for the GCL Astros: 18 IP, 21/7 K/BB, 1.61 WHIP, 4.50 ERA.

Other: apologies to Ross Seaton (21), Jose Cisnero (22), Ruben Alaniz (20), Nick Tropeano (20), Juri Perez (20), Luis Ordosgoitti (18), Jose Perdomo (19), and other interesting pitchers, but the list was getting long.

Voting is open until Saturday night, 10PM central time. Vote after the jump.
