Pretty fun write up on the team dynamic with Bagwell as the hitting coach. Sounds like he does a great job of working with the younger guys but also keeping the vets on their toes, creates a fun atmosphere and tries to keep the guys from "feeling" too much. Good read. Apologies if this has been shared/linked before. I just came across it this morning and though it was too good not to share.
