Update on Lyon

According to Zach Levine, he’s scheduled to pitch in his first spring game Thursday. So look forward to that.

Astros shutting out Red Sox 3-0 in the ninth

I’m sorry I missed the first eight innings.

Wesley Wright having trouble getting the last out in the 9th. Gave up a double and a walk with 2 outs.

Wright continues with control problems but gets a smash to shortstop and Astros barely get the force out. Game over. Astros win.

I don’t think it was a DP….Astros had two outs already.

I wonder when

Wesley will get his chance to start a game or two?

I’m not sure he will. He hasn’t had the best spring so far. And Mills seems to have enough trouble scheduling the primary starter candidates.

Oswalt is player of the game on the radio broadcast.

by clack on Mar 16, 2010 2:18 PM CDT reply actions

If Oswalt is back and pitching well, that’ll go a long way to making the Astros respectable in 2010.

by David Coleman on Mar 16, 2010 2:34 PM CDT up reply actions

Apparently Yankees game isn’t broadcast anywhere.

by clack on Mar 16, 2010 7:04 PM CDT reply actions

It's not on mlb.com

I thought maybe it was on ESPN but ESPN has NIT all around.

You’d think Yankees would cover everything. For that matter, I ’d think Astros would broadcast the game. It cannot be that far to the game site.

(Yankees lead in the fifth, 3-1)
