Brian McTaggart reports on his Twitter that Oswalt has been shut down for the rest of the season which only translates into a few starts. Probably for the best considering we're not playing for anything and Oswalt has been pitching through injuries and the results haven't really been there. Maybe its time to do the same with Berkman. Between the hammy injuries and now his back bothering him, its probably best for next season to just let him get some rest.
