a shout of joy, praise, or gratitude.

Bad luck keeps coming....
JJO reports in the chronicle that Wesley Wright was rushed to the hospital for possible appendicitis at the end of today’s game.
What I meant to convery
I believe the report. I cannot believe the unexpected variety of injuries, and the timing

Sorrow...
deep distress, sadness, or regret especially for the loss of someone or something loved . Yes Wright, you are loved… To all of our injured Astros…

Missed when Paronto was DFA'd
and reassigned to Round Rock. Norris now appears on the 40-man roster on the main site, with the total up to 39. I don’t think Norris has been officially added to the 25-man roster yet, as neither Oswalt or Wright (so far as I can tell) have been placed on the DL. If they decide to activate him before making a decision on Roy or Wesley, I wonder if they’ll drop a position player to make the necessary room.
Wow, what a crazy rash of injuries. Sure hope Roy and Wesley can make it back soon. We’ll also likely see Brocail back in action today or tomorrow. Hopefully his quick return is a little better than Sampson’s.
I think the Astros want to wait on the Oswalt decision in the hope that perhaps he will only miss one start and avoid the DL. Of course, he will be examined today, and the doctor could tell them not to be that optimistic.
I haven’t heard or seen any more recent updates on Wesley Wright’s situation. Of course, he could be sent down to RR again, even if he doesn’t need surgery. Another possibility is that a guy like Maysonet or Kata will be sent down to make room for Norris.
So...
Anyone else catch the irony in today’s post about limiting Bud Norris’ minutes and then realize he got called up today and just finished an inning after hampton sucked balls out there?
like rain on your wedding day...
so no.
The discussion was over the statement “The Astros should limit his inning” not “The Astros will limit his innings.” So no irony.
