I have Houston at ~$90M, assuming $3M to Bourn, $3.5M to Pence, $2M to Lindstrom, $2M to Kepp, $1M to Sampson, and $5.5M to Wandy. What is the exact number? I know it's < than $100M, but if $100M is the limit, that leaves $10M to spend. I think even $5M could siginificantly upgrade the rotation with the addition of a high risk starter. Hate to see any $ Drayton is willing to spend go unused. Thoughts?
