here's a thought on 3d base for next year....
what about a platoon of Hank Blalock and Jeff Keppinger? Over his career, Blalock has been tough on RHP, and we know about Keppinger vs. LHP. This season, Blalock had a very good first half of the season, but slumped in the second half, which may limit what he can earn as a free agent.
Astros lead 5-1 in the bottom of the seventh
Astros playing like a decent team this series

3 games left?
Mets series… is it 3 games?
Friday, Saturday, Sunday… pretty quiet end to the season. Now I know how Pirate fans feel.
Supposedly Clark says Astros will have no starter in the last game. He will empty the bullpen, meaning (I suppose) that the game will be divided up among every relief pitcher. I noticed that Round Rock did the same thing on the Express’ last game of the season.
thinking of final games....
JD has told the story in the past about pitching a final meaningless game of the season against the Reds (I think). He said the plate umpire told both starting pitchers, “boys, you work with me, and we will get this game over in a hurry.”
This is JD's last game of the year

Feliz double makes it 5-3....
Game is getting tighter. Feliz seems to hit well against the Astros (at least in RBI situations).
Potential tying run at the plate
