Has anybody else noticed
that Berkman appears to have lost weight? He has sort of a round-shaped face, which has always contributed to his perceived chunkiness, but the jowls that you can see in the above picture are no longer apparent, if you take a close look these days (as I’m sure DyingQuail and Stros Bro will, in their man-crush delirium). = )
Of course, Pujols has looked thinner all year—but I just assume it’s a lack of PEDs. . . .

has always looked kinda fat.
If you look at his rookie (pre-major) cards, you will see a very slim Berkman with a kinda fat face.
