Diamondbacks bringing the pain!!!  After winning 8 straight, the Astros' pitching has looked totally pathetic in the last 2 outings... especially our starting pitching.  Backe took the fall tonight as he gave up 2 grand slams(1 in the 1st inning and 1 in the 6th) and watched the game get out of hand in the 1st inning... not only did he give up 2 grand slams... he gave up 2 home runs to Montero who bats 7th for Arizona!!  I'm a little surprised Cooper didn't take Backe out after the 1st inning... but I guess he was just leaving Backe in to take the beating and didn't want to use the pen up...

Not only was the pitching bad tonight, the hitting was bad as well(not as bad, but bad enough)... Yea, we scored 5 runs... big deal.  3 of them were in the 9th inning when the Diamondbacks cared more about hitting the showers than avoiding runs.  Wigginton had a nice game(3-4 with an RBI and 2 runs scored), but that's about it.

Well, no matter how bad we've played the last 2 games... Tomorrow is going to be a happy day as the Astros retire Craig Biggio's #7.

It was awesome. A few of the photos turned out okay, I think. If you still want to post them, let me know.
