Matsui to the DL

The Houston Astros on Saturday placed second baseman Kaz Matsui on the 15-day disabled list with an irritated disk.Well, at least we will get to see what House can do!
The move is retroactive to Wednesday. This marks the third trip to the DL this year for Matsui, who signed a three-year, $15 million contract with the Astros in the offseason.
In a corresponding move, Houston purchased the contract of catcher-infielder J.R. House from Class AAA Round Rock.
